Refund policy
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, expired, or wrong product.
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- You provide proof in the form of an unboxing video and clear photos of the product and original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@redsoilfragrances.com with your order details and required media.
An unboxing video is mandatory to process returns or exchanges in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Without this video and the original packaging, the return request will not be accepted.
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- All fragrance products (including spray perfumes, attars, roll-ons, etc.)
- Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with
In case of a failed online payment, any deducted amount will be automatically refunded to your source account within 7 working days.
