4) Delivery Timeline

5) Shipping Charges for Failed Deliveries

In some cases, forward and return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. These include:

  1. Incomplete or Incorrect Address: If delivery details (mobile number, address, PIN code) are incomplete/incorrect, resulting in delivery failure.
  2. Unavailability/Refusal at Delivery: If the customer is unavailable to receive the package or refuses to accept it, leading to the order being returned to us.
